Megat Amirul Izzat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT operations, data centre management, and project management. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant and Trainer since February 2024, he provides expert advice on IT operations and data centre design, and delivers project management training. His role includes speaking engagements, such as contributing to the PM Skills for Life Program at the University of Nottingham Malaysia.
Previously, as Vice President of Data Centre, IT Operation & Support at Bursa Malaysia Berhad (June 2021 – January 2024), Megat ensured the operational reliability of data centre infrastructure, managed high-value client services, and led significant upgrades and cost-efficiency improvements.
At AIMS Data Centre Sdn. Bhd., Megat held two key positions. As Head of Data Centre Services (July 2018 – June 2021), he enhanced operational efficiency and implemented cost-saving measures. As Head of Project Management (February 2014 – June 2018), he established a new department, managed high-impact projects, and contributed RM35 million in revenue.
Earlier in his project management career, as Head of Consultancy and Special Project Unit at HeiTech Padu Bhd. (February 2005 – February 2014), Megat led complex projects, including data centre builds and system deployments, generating RM72.6 million in revenue with a 25% profit margin.

Rihaab Fathi is an experienced Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master with a robust background in software testing and engineering. At MBti Malaysia (formerly TSS Malaysia) since July 2015, she has successfully managed projects to meet time, cost, and quality goals, developed detailed plans and documentation, and promoted a product-oriented approach. As a Scrum Master since March 2019, she trains and supports teams in Agile methodologies, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, and resolves impediments.
Previously, as a Senior Software Test Engineer at TSS Malaysia (June 2010 – July 2015), Rihaab led testing efforts, developed automation frameworks, and created essential testing assets. Her role as a Test Manager at SLA Mobile (December 2009 – June 2010) involved managing system integration and user acceptance testing, and coordinating with stakeholders and international suppliers.
Rihaab’s early career spanned various software engineering roles, where she focused on requirements analysis, web application development, and system testing. Her diverse expertise in Agile practices, project management, and software testing makes her a highly effective leader in her field.
